Theatre in Hamlin Park – Sponsorship

Aurora Players is pleased to bring you a new project for the summer months: Aurora Players’ Theatre in Hamlin Park. This new venture will serve to bring free theatre to the WNY community in addition to promoting Aurora Players and its mission via family-friendly productions performed on the outdoor stage adjacent to the Roycroft Pavilion.

This project cannot be done without the support of the local community, thus we are looking for businesses and individuals whom are interested in making a financial contribution to Theatre in Hamlin Park. Your tax-deductible contribution will help to increase production value for our free live theatrical event and bring this cultural project to life.

Sponsorship Offerings

Presenting Sponsor: “Theatre in Hamlin Park presented by …”  ($1,000)

  • Full-page advertisement in the program book (4.75” x 7.75”).
  • Logo and/or name recognition on all print advertisement including, but not limited to, newsprint advertisements, posters, and banners.
  • Mention in each pre-performance announcement.
  • Logo and/or name recognition on all social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Reserved VIP seating for one selected performance for up to 15 people and post-performance meet and greet with actors and artistic team.

Performance Sponsor ($500)

  • Half-page advertisement in the program book (4.75” x 3.75”).
  • Logo and/or name recognition on posters and banners.
  • Mention in one weekend (two performances total) pre-performance announcement.
  • Reserved VIP seating for one selected performance for up to 10 people.

Director Sponsor ($200)

  • Quarter-page advertisement in the program book (V: 2.25” x 3.75” or H: 4.75” x 1.75”).
  • Logo and/or name recognition on posters and banners.

Actor Sponsor ($100)

  • Eighth-page advertisement in the program book (2.25” x 1.75”)

Supporting Patron ($50)

  • Name in program book donor listing.

The gifts for this new theatrical offering will offset essential production costs including: costuming, set design & construction, sound & lighting equipment and advertising.
